Our FY2324 fiscal year officially came to an end on September 30. Looking back on this year, thanks to the efforts of all employees, we have gained a lot. This fiscal year, we have added 52 new customers, the team has greatly improved in production, quality inspection, internal training, and the overall skill level of the technical team has significantly improved. At present, all mechanical engineers have realized the use of SIEMENS NX software for engineering drawing design, and 2/3 of electrical engineers have mastered SIEMENS 1500 series PLC programming. We have also established automatic warehouse simulation laboratory, initiated and developed 2 types of sling products and 1 type of weighing hook group, and applied for related patents. The project management team of the Ministry of Commerce optimized the process, carried out high-quality packaging, and improved the on-time delivery rate to 95%. The equipment procurement team learned the selection of some common products of SIEMENS/ABB/Schineider, learned automatic warehouse products, and all the outsourcing procurement staff learned to understand the production drawings and production process. All these accumulations have made our team more and more excellent.
