Recently, CLESCRANE successfully won the bid for the explosion-proof overhead crane project at an Indonesian gas processing plant.

The order includes a 32/5t explosion-proof double girder overhead crane and a 3t single girder overhead crane, which will be used in the Treated Gas Compressor Shelter and Maintenance Workshop, respectively. The 32/5t explosion-proof double-girder overhead crane (EX-CHD32/5t-18-10.6) features advanced explosion-proof design, high-strength steel construction, and anti-loosening forged rail pads, suitable for P43 tracks, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh environments. The crane has a delivery time of 3.5 months, meeting the client’s stringent requirements for fast delivery and high reliability.

In addition, CLESCRANE is providing custom explosion-proof accessories, including handheld controls, remote controls, and power boxes, further enhancing the safety and operational convenience of the equipment. The remote control uses Danfoss brand explosion-proof push-button remotes, ensuring safe operation for personnel in hazardous environments.
