With the extensive development and usage of clean renewable energy, the biomass has also been widely exploited and utilized as a very extensive renewable environmental resource. At present, biomass power generation is mainly used for comprehensive utilization of biomass renewable energy resources. This turns waste into treasure, protect the natural environment and benefit humanity. Clescrane can provide equipment for straw bale cranes, straw bale gripper and other equipment for biomass power generation projects.
A. Selection of straw bale crane
The role of straw-packed cranes is very important in biomass power generation systems. Therefore, it is very important to select the straw bale crane based on the scale and process of the biomass power generation system. Factors that affect the selection of straw bale cranes are:
1) Storage technology of biomasspowered fuel (biomass power generation process has two types of bulk straw and baled straw storage technology);
2) Quality of straw bale bag (water content, calorific value, bulk density);
3) The total amount of biomass needed each day (to take into account the quality of biomass fuels and the subsequent transformation of biomass power generation systems);
4) The number of fuel stores;
5) Size and weight of straw bale;
6) Whether to inspect the straw bale.
In general, 1 to 2 sets of straw bale cranes are arranged above the biomass for each span.
B. Selection of loose straw gripper cranes
Loose straw gripper crane is an important equipment for biomass power generation. It mainly includes gantry grab cranes and bridge grab cranes. Factors affecting the selection of loose straw gripper cranes include:
1) Storage technology of biomass powered fuel (biomass power generation process has two types of bulk straw and baled straw storage technology);
2) Quality of straw bale bag (water content, calorific value, bulk density);
3) The total amount of biomass needed each day (to take into account the quality of biomass fuels and the subsequent transformation of biomass power generation systems);
4) Unloading time of loose straw;
5) The storage method of loose straw is under a shed or is exposed to open air.
