Safe: It means working reliably under the condition that the crane is in good state. The safety technical operation procedures should be obeyed, without any personal or equipment accidents.
Reasonable: It means mastering the technical performance of cranes, and operating the cranes correctly and reasonably according to the actual situation of hanging objects.
