The customer from Costa Rica visit our factory

On Feb. 11th ~12th , the customer Faby, from Costa Rica visit our factory, regarding the overhead crane 15t, we go on the detailed discussion on the crane type selection in Customers service reception room of main administrative building , such as production period and payment terms and specific supply scope of power supply system and rail about overhead crane;
Firstly, we guide the customer to visit the hoists warehouse , in which , we make a detailed introduction about the specific configuration of the crane that customer need, the clients feel very surprise and satisfied about our design solution and concept , and then; the client operate the CHD double girder overhead crane in person, when crane and trolley traveling, with lower noise and position accurately, she promised that he will introduce and promote the this type crane to other clients in her country;
And then, we visit the complete crane plant, we introduce the detailed production process of crane to clients, showing the specific welding process ,drilling and sand-blasting machine and so on ,after seeing the production situation of cranes to other customer, Faby said “seeing is believing” , and she also witness the every production process ,so with production technology and quality of crane, she shows all are ok for them.
Thirdly, we visit the CD and MD production plant, when customer compared the general type and new type of crane solution, she shows that she is more clear about the big difference between them, such as the design idea, the configuration and price between them.
Finally, regard the this cooperation, client feels very confident to cooperate with us , they also showing they will send more inquiries to us to supply most suitable crane solutions to them, which can benefit to client and us too, which is the result all we want to see and witness.
We sincerely hoping can reach win-win situation with clients this time and also in the future cooperation, and we also promise to all our clients “I won't sell the future for a short term profit” , through this idea and method to win more trust from clients.
