On March 19, 2024, CLESCRANE secured a new order from a Philippine furniture manufacturer for a single girder overhead crane ( CHS10T-16.717m H=9m A5 pendant controls) for their new facility in Manila. This overhead crane will be used primarily for lifting injection molding machines, plastic molding machines, and for changing molds.
Since their first collaboration in July 2023, the Philippine manufacturer has been highly impressed with CLESCRANE’s products and services. Therefore, they opted for CLESCRANE again to support their production expansion.
Every CLESCRANE overhead crane and hoist undergoes rigorous electrical and power-on testing before shipment. The hoist control panels, crane control panels, and end carriages feature heavy-duty connectors for easy plug-and-play installation. Additionally, each project comes with a customized installation manual, making on-site setup straightforward and eliminating the need for further adjustments, which greatly enhances efficiency.
The Philippine client successfully completed the crane installation using CLESCRANE’s detailed instructions, achieving a seamless setup process similar to assembling LEGO blocks.
