Clescrane provided a double-girder EOT crane equipped with two electric wire rope hoists, one with a SWL of 50t and one with a SWL of 25t, lifting large moulds, to help with this difficult processing task.
This crane can operate two wire rope hoists at the same time, and even use two cranes at the same time depending on the shape and size of the goods to be transported. During tandem operation, the hoist moves parallel in the target direction at the same speed. Lift synchronization works even if the load on each hook is not equal. This function is based on the known positions of the two hooks. Common lifting speeds for hooks are limited based on slower lifting speeds.
During operation, the positional differences of hooks are monitored and controlled. Lift synchronization maximizes efficient hoist use and makes load handling easier and faster. At the same time, this crane is also equipped with a vertical lifting function to ensure the vertical lifting of the goods, prevent the horizontal displacement of the hook during the lifting process, and ensure the installation accuracy.
