Papelera Reyes Overhead Crane Project Papelera Reyes S.A.C. has its own product brand Paracas. Since its establishment in 1966, it has been committed to the production of toilet paper, napkins and related products. After more than 50 years of development, Paracas brand paper products have penetrated into the lives of local people.
With the company’s development and the market’s competition, the factory's machinery, equipment and facilities have been updated according to the current market demand, and now new factories need to purchase overhead cranes.
In May 2022, Clescrane received a project request from Papelera Reyes for a 15+5t double-girder overhead crane. The two trolleys of the overhead crane are used independently. The pendant and remote control operation can realize linkage control, the maximum lifting capacity is 15t, the lifting part is 4.5m underground and is used for daily transportation and mechanical maintenance work in the new factory.
In recent years, from project consultation, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance, and preventive inspection services, Clescrane's services have been continuously optimized and upgraded. Clescrane creates a "one-stop experience" to provide customers with the services of their overhead crane projects’ entire life cycle, making sure the safety of customer operations and improve production efficiency.
In September 2023, under the guidance and assistance of Clescrane's locally service provider in Peru, this overhead crane has been successfully installed and put into use.
