Ghana Engineering and Construction Company is one of the largest private engineering and construction companies in Ghana since 2000. Its business includes engineering and construction services, electrical and instrumentation, and heavy lifting equipment leasing. Providing comprehensive project solutions for customers in the fields of oil and gas, mining, petrochemicals and infrastructure. Both quality and shared values are important when choosing business partners.
In 2020, with the continuous development of the business, the Ghana Engineering and Construction Company decided to expand its production capacity in Ghana. They turned to their long-term partner Clescrane to plan the choice of cranes for the new plant. Clescrane was once again selected as their overhead crane supplier, because Ghana Engineering and Construction Company purchased cranes from Clescrane in 2016. So far, all the cranes are running well and Clescrane cranes have been proven to be reliable.
Clescrane overhead crane is equipped with anti-sway control.
Clescrane provided 6 units overhead cranes (3 units single girder overhead crane and 3 units double girder overhead crane) for Ghana Engineering and Construction Company, with SWL of 10 to 20 tons.
All cranes are equipped with anti-sway control. The load anti-sway control provided by Clescrane improves the safety and comfort of transporting parts in sensitive areas, which is especially important when crane users do not have so much experience. The anti-sway system is based on mathematical calculations, taking into account the travel speed, acceleration and deceleration, the time lag of the crane and hoist, the position of the hook, and the length of the lifting material. Even people who don't use cranes often can transport goods safely with the help of the anti-sway system.
Clescrane thanks Ghana Engineering and Construction Company for choosing to cooperate with Clescrane on their new production line, and looks forward to supporting Ghana Engineering and Construction Company in any site expansion projects in the future.
